Decent frame.

I like the convenience of ordering online from Walmart. The frame comes with a mat and is light weight for easy hanging. You have to put on your own mounting hardware in order to hang. The frame is not quite the quality I normally use but it's OK. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would!
