I have Costochondritis and found wearing bras cruel and unusual punishment. I bought this pack of bras and so far so good. Works well for the 8 hour limit I have to wear one. I’m heavy breasted so don’t expect miracles with lift. But truthfully do you want your breasts under your chin? I would recommend a size bigger in the band to account for shrinking and comfort.

I have massive boobs and these are pretty good at supporting. They are good to use at home. Lets say you want to be comfortable at home but you have a visitor but still doesn’t want to out a brah? Well this sport bra is perfect. Is not push up but keeps the ladies pretty stable
