Very Pleased

As someone who is getting older I need to start taking my health serious. As a result, I've been doing research and felt I could benefit from turmeric. The anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits were the top two that drew me to it. These capsules are larger than most, but super easy to swallow if you have no issues with pills. I've been taking them for almost a month and my knees definitely dont hurt as much anymore so Im happy with my results and will continue to take the supplement.

This Sports Research Turmeric Curcumin comes in a bottle of 60 soft gels. The soft gels are a fun orange color. I took one soft gel with each meal for about twice per day. They are easy to take. The soft gel has a sweet taste to it. They don't have any scent. The bottle is easy to open and close. I love both turmeric and black pepper and they are the ingredients in these soft gels.
