Kyolic Aged Garlic

I have been taking this particular brand of Aged Garlic for many years and found it to be helpful with my osteoarthritis problems (all painful!) I believe the quality is consistent and the BB date is always generous.

for heart health

The benefit of taking this is that it helps heart health. The ingredient, garlic, has been well studied in clinical trials. This particular form, made by the high quality company, Kyolic, is great because there is absolutely never any garlic taste or bad breath after taking it.
