I wrote to the seller about the situation, saying that if they had put it in a box, it wouldn't have flown away. Their response was that they put it in a plastic bag because putting it in a box would increase the price. If I hadn't found it, my money would have been wasted. Earning money is difficult for both of us.

They are not shipped in a box like they are pictured. They are shipped in a clear plastic bag which is subject to banging around and deflating the pillows. The can also blow away when left on a porch after delivery.
