100% stevia. Does not raise blood glucose level.

I learned that most stevia contains Multodextrine which raises blood glucose levels. Look for 100% Stevia and read the ingredients if you're watching your blood glucose levels. This may be a bit more pricy than non pure stevia but you don't need to use as much. I will keep buying this brand.

I ordered this pure Stevia as a alternative to Monk Fruit. I alternate between them to break up my morning coffee routine- just like the change. Ive found the Stevia to be much sweeter than the Monk Fruit, and it takes less Stevia to sweeten my drinks. I like it %26 try to keep an extra bag on hand so iI dont run out.
