Ryzen 3 2200G

Coming from an A4 in an HP this is worlds apart. Paired with an Asus Tuf B450M , Samsung M.2 drive and 16 Gb DDR4 3000, this thing boots before you know it and is on the net as soon as I click Firefox. Haven't played any processor intensive games yet but runs my cad program without a sweat. Prob more the board, but was getting 50-70 Mb/s on the HP, lan to router. Consistently above 350 with this one. Rarely used Edge browser before because was too slow, not so anymore.

Best low budget option

Best low cost CPU and also a great APU. This was my second PC build with a 2200g. For a low cost multitasking pc or gaming pc this works great. One build I used a stand-alone GPU and bypassed the internal APU and worked great. More of a gaming PC. Second build I used the APU but that PC isn't for gaming. Are their better CPUs? Yes. I personally use a 2700X. But for budget builds, people getting their feet wet in gaming or want a nicer multitasking pc that is on a low budget, this is the best option currently. Also, at the time, Walmart had the best price on these!

Great and Affordable

Awesome "APU". This AMD processor is great and budget friendly, the gpu is built in so its an all in one CPU and actually performs extremely well. I would recommend getting the highest amount of ram you can get to pair up with this and also recommend dual channel(2 sticks of ram). All Ryzen CPUs love ram and this one is no exception. The fan that comes with it works really well. I recommend this if you are looking for streaming, editing, or gaming.
