waiting on response to reported damage/flaw

When I opened the box, I noticed that the hanging hardware was missing. I reported that and was told that hardware has been ordered. When I was started unpacking the frame, I noticed that there was a sizable chunk of wood was missing from the inside edge of the frame. I reported this with a photo but have not received a response.

Nice and easy!

This frame was great for our picture. Shopping on the website was very easy with a wide selection of colors and styles. It was clear and visuals were very good. The frame arrived quickly and it was packaged securely so it was in perfect condition. I'll use Art to Frames again.

Nice Frame

This frame is nice and adequate for what I am using it for. Only choice was online buying. I prefer to see in person. Took a long time to arrive, but that is probably due to pandemic.
