I've seen the commercials and thought I would try one bottle to see if it changes my lean vs fat percentage and energy. I think once you hit your 50's its helpful. I attached two screenshots to show the change. I began taking them in July when you see the change

I can feel a difference already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this supplement for about a month and I can definitely say I am already seeing some of the benefits. It's not a magic pill or anything like that but it has definitely helped me getting better sleep and be more relaxed. On top of that I have been doing more weight/resistance training and I am starting to notice some real results and I think it could be directly related to this supplement. I also feel like my testosterone levels are up as I have more energy then I have have in a very long time. I highly recommend these for any men that need help with any of these things and are looking for a little boost of help.
