[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The powder is easily stirred in water at room temperature with a spoon there are no lumps left Preparation Takes less than a minute which is convenient for the morning Absorption I feel the effect 20-30 minutes after taking it on an emptuch no discomfort in the stomach Changes began to sleep better morning breakdown and sudden mood swings before the cycle are gone The energy is even during the day without failures But if a gentle hormonal balance without pills is important to you the remedy is worth it

Tastes great

It’s not chalky or grainy. I like that the package explains how long it works and everything as well. I like that it has bioavailability too. It absorbs well too.
