Three Wishes Grain Free Cereal, Cinnamon, Gluten-Free

I like it, took some getting used to and figuring out the right combo of milk to cereal ratio. I use almond coconut milk that’s really good with this better than just almond milk. I add more cinnamon after I add milk and some monk fruit sweetener because I think as i eat it isn’t as flavorful as I continue eating it. I honestly like it better than cinnamon protein Cheerios after doing that. 🤷🏻‍♀️ %26 I feel like it’s filling for longer than most cereals. Also the ingredient label is what you probably wish most ingredient labels would loook like.

I gave Three Wishes Grain Free Cinnamon Cereal five stars because it truly surprised me. The cinnamon flavor is warm and comforting without being overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It tastes like a cleaner, more grown-up version of classic cinnamon cereal. The texture is crunchy and holds up well in milk instead of getting soggy right away. I also like that it’s grain-free and gluten-free, yet it doesn’t feel like a “diet” cereal at all. It’s filling, satisfying, and doesn’t leave me feeling weighed down or sugared-out afterward. Overall, this is a great option if you want something tasty but more wholesome. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a better-for-you cinnamon cereal that still feels like a treat.
