This boot is very well made, really comfortable and I can wear thick or regular socks and its fine. I got this pair of boots for a trip to Shetland, so the proof will really be then, however, I'm really pleased with the quality and the price. I have thin ankles so being able to tighten the fit with laces is very helpful.

I purchased these Apex lace up boots because I need a ton of support or my feet ache for days. Well, they fit perfectly and I was able to wear them with or without my orthotics.
