I just bought a new office chair, but I have to sit in front of the computer for more than 8 to 14 hours a day. So I bought this pillow for additional lumbar support, and I might add how wonderful it is! Even though I might not use it for my lumbar. Occasionally, I slide it up the back of my chair to support my upper back, and it honestly reduces the tension and pressure on the top of my neck, this pillow has multiple uses and I think it's amazing! Well worth the money I paid.

I left mine in the plastic bag, so I'm guessing that makes it a double thickness which is great. I'm afraid if I unfold it, it will be too thin. I'll have to let you know later.

Great pillow!
Soft and comfortable. I actually use this as a head/neck pillow at the top of my chair. I already have a lumbar support, but I needed a pillow to fill the gap at the top of the chair. This works perfect for that. I did test it as the lumbar support as well, and I do like this for that as well. It's good if you only need a the lumbar supported or a head pillow.k
