These are the perfect sizing for a Plus thigh. The top elastic is very well proportioned and the Fishnet hose look great. The real question is about the upper support; its approximately 3 inches of medium weight stretching nylon lace with well placed rows of soft WIDE elastic. I need support stockings, and all the ones they sell for men are so tight they make my legs, numb so I figured I'd try women's socks/stockings,and these work perfect. I can work all day long on my fixer upper house and outside in the yard. sometimes cheaper is better

i use stockings a lot, and sometimes make the mistake of purchasing more expensive stockings at boutiques or lingere stores. and they never fail to get runs or holes in them from the first time wearing them!! these stockings are half the price, twice the quality, and many times over the peace of not having to worry about runs!! i will try to remember to stick to what works best. it would be nice if there were more styles and colors to choose from.
