Excellent w/ reservations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent small mower for old guy on small residential lot.. unfortunately doesn't have enough deck vertical clearance to cut grass as smooth and discharge fast due to low air flow.. as compared to my 20 yr old old lawn boy.. both sides don't suck up dry bluegrass leaving a non smooth cut.. engine has plenty of power.. excellent Briggs engine start due to automatic choke.. . I raised 2900 rpm to 3100 rpm.. std blade, mulching blade, high lift blade don't seem to improve cut.. due to low lift air on back of blade.. lawn boy blade has longer and higher back side blade lift.. all I need is a better blade and greater deck heigth and I happy.. this Troy bilt mower I still recommend.. hope it stays manufactured and available for many years..

Great Lawn Mower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this lawn mower a month ago. Best lawn mower I've ever owned! My first Troy Bilt lawn mower! Very well constructed! Perfect cuts every time! I wasn't sure about the deck wash feature but I'm very glad it has it! Two Thums Up!
