I bought these for my Dad so he can use them in the car and not worry whether the liquid is being spilled. These are leak proof as long as the lid is on correctly, the liquid is not hot and as long as the spout is in working order. The way you get anything out of the bottle is by sucking on the spout and tipping it up to get the liquid up toward the lid/spout. There is no straw that cones with this item and theres no attachment for it. Itll take a little time getting used to sucking on the spout, but youll get thirsty sometime or another!!

Their functionality (performance) is top-of-the-line ... I have several other sports bottles and I never felt dissatisfied ... However, although they're good, they're not up to the level of these "Gatorade" bottles ... I've seen them at so many sporting events, on the sidelines and on the field, I thought it was for advertising, up until now ... These are just overall FIRST CLASS !!!

Love this 2 pack bottle set. It provides a clear strip so you can easily see how much liquid is in it. I love that it doesn't leak from the mouth piece nor the cap. This item will dispense liquid with a gentle squeeze. We love them! Only drawback is that it doesn't keep the liquid cool or cold. Simple solution we found is to fill with ice along with liquid and it exceeds our expectations and liquid remains cool for 3 hrs.
