I was originally worried that I had purchased a counterfeit, used, or store displayed item. But I had no issues getting it connected with my mobile service provider and everything is working great so far. The box didn't have any authentication seals like the ones that prove its an unopen box but the box came with everything inside even a clear silicone case was included in the box. I think Walmart has it for the Best price being it's an Unlocked phone. I'll update my review once I've had the phone a little longer but as of now I'm loving my phone and having no issues

Coming back after a year of using. I am satisfied with my phone. I noticed the item details says 4g networks but on my mobile network settings I only see 2/3G and lite services. I was wondering why my phone service like Consumer Cellular was asking me to upgrade my phone to 4g. The phone is functional in general, no complaints. Just sucks that I cannot access 4g on it.
