new 6-12 size vs 12-14 socks

I used to buy size 6-12 for my husband but recently bought two new packages and they are an inch shorter in the foot, an inch thinner in the foot, an inch shorter in the leg and the fabric is very thin. I was happy to find these size 12-14 socks because they are more like what I used to buy and fit my husband's size 12 foot well. I gave the smaller socks to my 10 yr old who wears a size 5 shoe and they fit perfectly. That is how small the new version has gotten. So yes, the size 12-14 are great.

These socks fit. | I wish they would stock these in the stores. | The socks that say they fit from 6-12, when you are a size 12, you're just wearing a size 6 sock that is stretched to the max.
