Excellent tweezers for precision work
These tweezers are reserved for fine precision work. Would be great to remove splinters. The fine tips are quite sharp and thin so it's important to replace the vinyl cap before putting them back in their rather elegant travel case - the thin points can bend, so take care.

But the sturdy design is probable better since I twisted the tips on my very expensive pair when they slipped out of my hand and hit the bathroom sink. These do exactly as the description says!
