It's a very nice purse looks great but it's very stiff. The opening doesn't open wide enough to easily get things in and out. I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased!!!

This is a lovely bag, however, it is difficult to access, i.e. it's a "tight" bag and difficult to get your hands and items in and out. If you care more about looks than function, it would rate 5 stars. Sadly, I'll be returning it.
