I wasn't impressed on how it was packaged and shipped to me being all flat but after I aired it out and followed the instructions and let them stay pretty much all day first night was okay but even the second I've got better and now that I've had them for over a few weeks I love them thank you

these pillows are the best in my opinion. this is my second time purchasing this brand. please be patient when you receive them as they are vacuum sealed, therefore, you must fluff them, let them sit for a day or two, and possibly put them in the dryer to help them obtain their shape. I didn't put mine in the dryer. I waited for them to fluff. they look good and are soft to touch. I don't necessarily like too firm of a pillow, so the firmness is fine by me.

ok, if i had bought these at regular price of around $100 for two, I'd be very upset. however, I got these on sale for less than $23 and couldn't be happier with the quality for the price! flat when they arrive so give them a chance by washing and drying - they become totally different pillows! true to size. very happy with these for use as excess/decor pillows on the bed.
