Wrap the panel around the curved end of the rod and tuck it behind the bracket to eliminate exterior light from seeping in. Twilight has a strong and stable 3/4 inch diameter, constructed to hold curtains from light to medium weights, with a maximum capacity of 22lbs. This double curtain rod can support 2 curtains and is available in multiple sizes. *Note: 3/4" (1.9 cm) diameter rod includes a 5/8" (1.6 cm) diameter back rod. U.S Patent NO. D644.918

No nonsense double rod
Reasonably easy and straight forward to install. Looks sleek. Price considerably lower than local availability. We could have used the size down but opted for greater overlap based on previous long rod experience (using full extension creates a bit of sag). Curtains glide easily around ends for black out. We have a single rod of this style and we're happy with it also.

Best blackout rods on the market
LOVE this rod! The design hides the wall mount, which was important to me. Both rods allow the curtains to move all the way to the wall, where others that were similar did not. Best design for blackout rods! I wish there were extension kits that could be bought to accompany this rod to allow it to be used for longer areas. If that becomes available, I would buy these rods for my entire home!
