Just as good as the expensive pans!

This pan is just as good, if not better, than the super expensive polished cast iron pans that are trending! If you heat up the pan on medium/high and do the water “dance” test and then put a very small amount of avocado oil spray on the pan, nothing seems to stick. Even scrambled eggs with cheese don't stick! I highly recommend!

We used to have a larger cast iron skillet but it was so bumpy on the bottom that I hated using it, it was hard to clean and food would get stuck to the bottom easily. The fact that the bottom of this skillet is smooth as glass is how all cast iron cookware should be! Easy to use, easy to clean, we love it!
