Not the quality that I expected. Can not be used while plugged in so don't forget to keep it charged at all times, Also it pulls the follicles in a painful manner as if it isn't operating at its intended speed. Disappointing.

Returrned it unused. After reading instructions and researching online, it seemed to be more trouble than it's worth. Too much maintenance. Easier to use regular blades.
