I ordered these because we were hosting a large Thanksgiving dinner and I knew I did not have enough serving utensils. These were not the flimsy things I expected to receive, but they were actually very nice. They were weighty and well made, as well as beautiful. Of course, they were not the same quality as my good silverware, but they are weighty and impressive. They were washed in the dishwasher and came out beautifully. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to others. Don't let the price shy you away from them. I really believe you will be impressed too.
