I received the sealer, read all the instructions %26 included was a free 27-month replacement. Awesome!! I had to register it online within 7 days after receiving the sealer. However, I tried scanning the QR code multiple times %26 it would not complete my registration. So I emailed customer support stating the difficulty I was having. Within 1 day they contacted me %26 was able to resolve the issue. Great customer support. Highly recommend this product.
