I give ZERO stars to their shipping Dept. Product is great, fit, etc. BUT Full Beauty needs to overhaul their warehouse/shipping Dept. I love their products but they get a lot wrong. With this most recent order, I recd petite instead of regular pant. I have mobility issues %26 have to find someone to return these to the store for me. Full Beauty has problems %26 has had for several years!!!! It's not just recently!

Better Fleece Pull-on Drawstring Pants

I really like these pants, but I ordered each color in petites and I should've ordered regular length. I plan to exchange the two colors that still have the tag intact as soon as I can. I do wish I could exchange them for black though. Other than the length they were great!
