Beware of Plus sizes -- not sewn correctly -- looks silly

I loved the look of this dress & bought this in sz 18/20. It is not sewn right, as the hip area of the dress protrudes almost to points. Looks like tiny saddle bags. Really? I thought I had gotten a defective cut, but now there's another review saying the same. No thanks -- returned. Had it been sewn correctly, it would have been a favorite.
