Kneeling chair

It did not come with instructions. Had to YouTube it. But the design and comfort for the chair is great. Holds my 200lb son easily. It is impossible to slouch in this chair.

Relieve sciatic and back pain

Give you everything needed to assemble. Fairly easy nothing to big to handle. Only issue I had was one of the small connecting tubes did not have the threads on one side so 1 bolt would not screw in. I Used another from my assorted collection and managed to screw it tight enough to hold it.

Helps neck pain

Good chair for computer work if you have neck pain. Note - I have good knees, not sure how this will work for someone who does not have good knees
