Hanes Ultimate Men's Crew Socks, 12-Pairs Black 6-12

I wanted some basic, bog-standard black crew socks, and that's what I got! I'm a little indifferent about the material, but otherwise these are just what I wanted. And they were cheaper than the equivalent "women's" socks while still fitting me perfectly -- take that, Pink Tax!

I could tell right away that these socks were made better than average. In fact, they were some of the highest quality socks I've purchased within the past 20 years! The downside is that they fit too snugly on my feet. They say they are made to fit for a shoe size of 6 - 12, but I wear size 10.5 wide and they are a little too tight for me. I expected size 12 - 14 to be too large for me. Additionally, I am used to socks with a higher cotton content than the 51% these contain, and the synthetic threads feel less comfortable to me (hotter and less breathable). Thanks.
