I love it! I have a blood disorder that makes me crave ice and this icemaker does the job. It runs very quitely and it makes small pieces of ice rhat is just right for crunching. The ice thats in the bin doesnt melt quickly so I always have some on hand and I love the light! I'll have to admit the light was a feature that sold me on this product.

Amazing machine. Love it!!!

This machine is amazing. I had the other smaller version and it died 1 and 3 days after getting it. Luckily paid for the extended warranty. That machine you had to constantly stir a push the ice to build any amount of ice. This machine drops the ice in the center of bucket. It fills the bucket almost to full without any stirring or pushing. It also makes it very fast. I have seen comments about the tank in the back. That is not somewhere to put water, that is an access door for cleaning that area. I just got it so I haven't had to clean it yet.
