(Directions say put on armrests then connect air tubes. I found it much easier to connect tubes first). Turned it on. EVERYTHING worked as described to perfection. Would highly recommend

I wanted to have this in my home for a few months before I left a review. We have been looking for a massage chair for years under 3k and we found it finally!! this chair definitely works for taller people but im 5'3" and enjoy it too. it was easy to put together and the air pressure works amazing. I was surprised to find out it was also Bluetooth which just made it better! I definitely feel like it's worth more than what we paid and it's a great end of the day relaxing chair.

The chair came in three boxes. It was packaged great and very easy to put together except for the connection of tubes. The instructions should be a detailed a little more because it took us a while to determine how to connect the cords. My fiancé absolutely loves it. I am 5'4 so I am not tall enough to get the full enjoyment of the shoulder massage, I have to lift myself up to experience the neck massage.
