Works as advertised . I first used it with chicken . Fast and easy. Turned back and forth twice and it was shredded to perfection. Remove top and place plate over shredded meat. Flip and all meat comes off. . I bought one gfor my granddaughter and y daughter. Both love it. Great for casseroles and Mexican foods. I make my own dog food and this shredder saves me from chopping. Would also make a wonderful and inexpensive gift.
