helps with cpap success

I didn't think I'd ever be able to use them, but I am very thankful that i do. I've breathed through my mouth for 50 years and that's a hard habit to quit! I put one on perpendicular to my lips ( from chin to under nose) so i can still take a breath through (the sides of) my mouth if i have to, but they do a good job of training me to keep my mouth closed and breathe through my nose. Two 👍👍

Not a skeptic--REM sleep has actually improved!

I love this mouth tape. My skin is very sensitive and this mouth tape doesn't bother my skin at all. It is very gentle. It also truly helps me to get REM sleep. I was not sure at first about all the hype-- but trust me when I say-- it's TRUE! Mouth tape is a game-changer. I am sleeping 1000% better. If I miss a night, I can really tell.
