ArtToFrames 12" x 40" Black Engraved Edges Picture Frame, 12x40 inch Black Wood Poster Frame (WOM-4055)

It has been very challenging to work with this company. The item is high quality and looks nice, but took over two months to arrive. Also, I never received an order confirmation when I submitted my order, I checked my spam folder regularly, and nothing ever came. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and at least had a payment receipt. Over the intervening 2 months I contacted the company via email on at least 3 occasions to check in on my order or at least get an order number with no response. My item finally arrived but it was the wrong size. I have been trying to deal with customer service for over a week now and it has been frustrating. A lot of emails back and forth where I need to repeat myself and a lack of understanding of the basic issue which is that they have the wrong measurements for what I submitted and there is seemingly no way to resolve this. Very frustrating.

Poor updates on a very delayed order. I understand there is a pandemic- but - it is not too much to ask to be updated on order status - especially when payment was collected on the day of order. Took over 2 mos and I had to request status! Expected more from this company who I have used for years.
