Nice starter workout equipment.

Purchased this for a small “workout” area for my wife and kids in the basement. The handles have held up great, no bends. The jump rope had to be adjusted, simply cut and tie in a knot and shove back in the handle. Overall very happy, esp for the value.

got it becuz it was on sale and this is my workout kit for whenever i am traveling. everything fits in my bag and i can do a quick bodyweight workout and move. sometimes m/hotels dont have a gym or barely any it at all. no excuses

I wanted something to keep me active in the winter months. This kit helps me to do some moderate (level 2) cardio and muscle workout while watching TV. I use the jump rope outdoors though because my ceiling isn't high enough.
