for the price this is an excellent value. it keeps track of O2 and heart rate in real time. it seems to be continuous... i wear it at night to monitor my O2 levels. it has an adjustable volume alert when heart rate or 02 is too low. the graphs on the app are rasy to follow and it does cross connect to one of the health apps, though im not sure which one. my only downsid3 is that it will occasionally stop reading me. i do not know if it has something to.do with me having Raynauds or what but it does take a bit to reconnect. i read one review that said it may be becaus eof my smart watch or holding my phone, but that hasnt seemed to change when im not wearing or holding them. it takes a bit to "reconnect" and read me again. It happens when i am laying still or up moving around. Also it is a little bulky for day wearing, however its way better than the old school aligator clip on O2 monitor. But for the price, it cant be completely perfect. i would recommend this and i would purchase again. It has been a really great product for me, for what i need. Also, it charges really quick and lasts 3 or 4 night sleeps for me. it turns itself off when not in use.
