I will start of by saying that for the price, this is very good quality and the cushion is very comfortable. However, if you're a bigger person and/or have wide hips like me, it might not be the best option for you. That being said, my mom liked it so much she asked me to buy her one.

Missing parts and no instructions

I received it yesterday 2-9-21 came early. I took everything out and noticed the casters bag wasn't sealed. 4 wheels came out of the loose bag for a 5 legged base. I also don't think the casters belonged to that chair anyway cause they didn't seem to fit. There was only a diagram and no instructions. The paper read scan this barcode for video assembly. How do you Scan that, can somebody tell me?. The good part is the chair was beautiful and well made. I returned it cause I didn't feel like trying to assemble without directions.

I found putting the chair together a bit of a challenge, but I managed to do it. Then I realized I hadn't used any of the washers. I am hoping that won't be a big issue. I wish the chair were a big bigger. The comfort level is medium. I guess it's a good chair for the money, and the color is great.
