Missing parts and no instructions
I received it yesterday 2-9-21 came early. I took everything out and noticed the casters bag wasn't sealed. 4 wheels came out of the loose bag for a 5 legged base. I also don't think the casters belonged to that chair anyway cause they didn't seem to fit. There was only a diagram and no instructions. The paper read scan this barcode for video assembly. How do you Scan that, can somebody tell me?. The good part is the chair was beautiful and well made. I returned it cause I didn't feel like trying to assemble without directions.

Just got this new chair for my cousin ( high schooler doing online classes) The parts were very easy to assemble, the wheels took some effort to put together, but once you got a hint of it, became very easy to install. The cushion is firm and comfortable, the design of the chair is very nice, the weight is relatively light.
