This mat is really nice for the price. It sure was rolled tightly, but fortunately, my loveseat is very low to the floor. So I could slide the mat under it which helped it to straighten it out overnight.

Made for a low-pile carpet

I have used these before but did not realize there are mats for low or high pile carpet. This was apparently for a low pile carpet. It was not placed over a shag carpet but one with about a 1/2" pile. The spikes did not hold it in place so I was constantly moving in back place. I returned for refund.

The only negative about this is that the chair wheels create divots in the mat and sometimes get stuck, making for difficulty moving. For size and carpet use, this was the most economical item I found.
