this was better than i imagined.. but it was everything i hoped for..i have 2 cats.... one is very veg stinky... with this my room doesn't smell like a litter box all the time...i have to empty 2 times a week.. but i have two cats.. the little bit of litter that someone complained about made me laugh.. pull the bag out.. closer or up and dispose.. if a couple bits do escape.. paper total.. all done.. very pleased...i had a question and customer service was wonderful
