i got a small and it definitely could fit a regular medium and probably a very fitted large....and I like roomy comfy tees but this one even seems large at the shoulders...not a fan. Its long which is nice...goes down to about my hips...I'm average height lol. Looks like the pic and the fabric is nice.

I had been purchasing these for my then young teen daughter. She is now 19, but she loved the feel %26 fit of the original ones, as well many original Tee's from this company. She is now 19 she has Autism, and is non verbal, but still has some of these ones, some are very worn but she loves them for bed. She wears the others that are not so worn during the day .. It is very difficult to find t-shirts that she will wear. I was so happy that this was available in the xxl, but it doesn't seem to have the stretchyness as the original ones, like the relaxed fit that the original ones have. The upper part %26 the shoulder area seem to be a bit snug, compared to the same exact ones she has in the same size. I wonder if the it is because they are being made through a different country? I have seen this before, even with other clothing that was made by a specific country then it was changed and the clothing doesn't fit the same .. I will purchase more because as I stated it is very difficult to get her to agree to wear many t-shirts at all, she doesn't like solid colors, only specific graphic ones.
