Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G G781U (Fully Unlocked) 128GB Cloud Mint (Grade A)

My Samsung phone is perfect. I specifically looked for phones with reviews of an average of 4 star rating or higher. I also specifically looked for the words "factory unlocked" and my new carrier under the description, which is Metro PCS. The phone is great, and Metro PCS simply installed a Metro PCS Sim card in there. This was all the result of being unable to port my IPhone 13 from AT%26T; my fault, I had gotten into a phone purchase/service plan that I could not afford, and it went behind. The service is supposed to just off soon, although I have been unable to use my AT%26T phone for about 1.5 months now, service suspended, and the price of the phone will likely double. Waiting for it to go into collections and hopefully I can settle. Meanwhile, I am paying a very modest price to be on MetroPCS with my husband's plan. I will say I don't think the communication is that great with this seller as I had not heard back about my question, but I think they expect people to do their homework. My advice to the company is to explicitly explain to people who may not know - what is likely to happen at a phone company. Metro PCS charged me $45 for this process. My husband warned me of that, although a different Metro customer service quoted $10. Maybe that person misunderstood my question. I realize that the seller is not responsible for all of that, but my advice to the seller is to lay out possibilities of what could happen for people who don't know much about cell phones. Also, due to this, I was unable to activate online, which makes sense now. I am very happy about my decision. It enabled a friend of mine to use his Walmart credit card to help me out and write up a loan agreement. Excellent price for the phone.
