Don't take bad reviews too seriously!

It was easy to put pickup at the store and put together, the picture is clear, sound is fantastic. I always take my time selecting a tv and a lot of the reviews were nerving but a lot of them also had delivery so I opted to pick it up myself to avoid any of that headache. Also sometimes you just get a defective item but Walmart has always been kinda easy to do returns/ exchanges anyways. Very happy with my purchase

Fast, responsive, great value!

TCL's blow the big name brands out of the water. I have had a couple LG's and a couple Samsung's in the past and they always take forever to respond to remote inputs and switching between apps. I timed my LG once and from the time I clicked the power button to turn the TV on, select Netflix, pick the very first selection available, and finally be "watching" something, took 93 seconds. I did the same exact with my new TCL and it took 16 seconds. Not to mention the picture clarity and everything else, this is just hands down better and the value is incredible compared to the big names.

Love it..just what we wanted! So easy to setup

We have bought many TCL tv's throughout the years and love the TVs. We needed another for a room in a new house and searched out TCL again. We were happy to find one still using ROKU at Walmart at a great price and grabbed it. TCL has since gone to using Google platform and it's a nightmare to maneuver….mistake of a change by TCL.
