We have a very small shower. Getting in with my original shower seat was difficult for me, especially without security rails.This shower chair fits perfectly. athis seat is fabulous. it is dtylish, and fits perfectly in my tub. I like that you can place seat over the edge of the tub also if you need a side table. It did not come with a handle to hold on to. The seat comes with a cushion for easy comfort. The only think is, if you have a larger derriere, this will not be too safe since the size tends to be for a smaller size derriere for better stability. The seat moves when one moves suddenly when seated. Overall, I recommend.
