I would absolutely recommend this if you're unsteady on your feet in the shower. I love it! It doesn't move at all. It's adjustable for your height. I can now feel safe to take a nice shower without feeling I might fall. Holding on to it to sit down it doesn't move. The suction cups on the feet hold very well. If you're disabled and still want to take a nice shower I do recommend this stool. I love it !!
