No refund!

I order 4 curtains and 4 valances which took 3 months to arrive. I also ordered 4 extra valances which when they came were not valances at all but a craft project. I called and asked for a refund and was told my money would be in my account in 10 days. I reordered the 4 valances which did come but the first 4 that never arrived, I have yet to get my money back. I have begun a chat several times with no response. I would not do business with this company.
