When I take the plain niacin, I scratch the blood out of my skin it itches me so bad, but this niacinamide, oh baby, it work great and I do not get that crazy itch. I may scratch my palms or my arms a little but thats it. Ifyou needto useniacin, i would recommed this to my friends and family.
