Very easy to get started and user friendly. Keyboard is comfortable and the touchscreen works well. Very good product and extremely affordable. There is not much memory but there are some options to help with this.

I bought this computer for my son for Christmas who is 9 just to watch youtube we had it 1 month before it froze and I tried to call Dell for help and that was the worst experience of ever had with customer service the man i spoke to was horrible he told me there is nothing he can help me with this computer doesnt come with support services I told him i would gladly pay extra if he would just help me he said that my problem was that I should have purchased a better computer I was in shock that Dell would tell me that this computer is not a good computer if i would have known that before I bought it then I wouldnt have. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he put me on hold and picked back up and said hes the supervisor I have never been treated so poorly from someone in customer service. I just wanted to let anyone know who is planning on buying this computer that it is not worth your money!
