Flavorfully Spicy, Not Hot Spicy

A bounty of flavor is not an indication that something is spicy hot (as in jalapeño type of hot peppers). Tajin Mild Hot Sauce is mild in heat but bountiful in flavor. It is now on my list as a top hot sauce to add some flavor to otherwise nearly flavorless foods. Or, to top hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken, salads, anywhere you would use other condiments and sauces, blend with rice, potatoes, beans, and other (so called) side-dishes, for an interesting variation from gravies and mayonnaise type sauces. In fact, blend it with your favorite mayonnaise to create a wonderful dip for vegetables, fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and many other things, and enjoy the flavor abounding. Although not this item but still a Tajin by the brand, the Tajin Chamoy is similarly highly flavorful and goes extremely well with fruits without drowning the delicate fruit flavors, even watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew %26 blueberries, but not so good with strawberries or oranges, in my opinion. It is interesting to have a high spice flavor at the same time as the delicate flavors of fruits and vegetables, tasting both together. My favorite is Chamoy with watermelon. These are regular purchases in my supermarket buying and I keep both well stocked.

The New Tajin Chile Lime Hot Sauce

We have been seeing the Tajin Chile Lime Sauce adds on TV ads so wanted to try it. Found it on www.walmart.com and added it to one of our pick-up orders. It is really delish, tastes different than Cholula or Valentina Mexican hot sauce's, and is fantastic. If you like spicy give it a try and buy some from Walmart it is fairly low cost. Also check out the Valentina hot sauce Walmart sells, it is similar to Cholula and is a much better buy

Salty, tangy, mildly spicy, a crisp lime overtone

It's salty, tangy, and mildly spicy with a crisp lime overtone. The dominant flavor is the sharp bright lime hitting your tongue first, followed by a savory saltiness and a subtle, warm chili finish. It works far better as a topping than it does mixed in. This Mexican seasoning is a masterful flay of layered flavors that can only happen at its best when it hits your mouth as a topping.
