balance ball for the win

I ordered this to help with ankle stability after an injury. It has been nice to supplement my PT exercises at home with this. It is very sturdy and the ball stays well inflated. It is a little harder to get onto the flat surface without holding onto something as it is a little more slippery and less surface area than the one at PT. I am enjoying using it though; I may incorporate into my workouts even after I am healed.
